Signups & Attendance

Manage member signups and track attendance for your raid events.

Overview

The signup system helps you know who's coming to your raid before it happens. Members indicate their availability, and you can see at a glance if you have enough people.

Signup Statuses

Members can respond to raid invites with one of three statuses:

Confirmed

"I'll definitely be there!" — Count on them showing up.

Tentative

"Maybe, not sure yet" — Might show up, good backup option.

Declined

"Can't make it" — Won't be attending this raid.

How Members Sign Up

    View the Raid

    From the squad page, raids tab, or notification link.

    Choose Status

    Click Confirmed, Tentative, or Declined.

  3. 3
    Select Role (Optional)

    If the raid has roles, choose which role you'll fill.

  4. 4
    Add Note (Optional)

    Leave a comment like "might be 10 min late" or "can flex to healer".

Tip

Members can change their signup status anytime before the raid starts.

Viewing Signups

The raid page shows all signups organized by status:

Confirmed (8)

Player1, Player2, Player3...

Tentative (3)

Player9, Player10, Player11

Declined (2)

Player12, Player13

Waitlist

If your raid has a max participant limit, additional signups go to a waitlist:

  • Waitlisted members are shown their position
  • If someone drops out or declines, waitlist members are promoted
  • You can manually promote waitlisted members

Note

Tentative signups don't reserve spots. Only Confirmed signups count toward the max.

Managing Signups (Admins)

As a raid organizer, you can:

Add Members

Manually sign up a member who may not have done it themselves.

Remove Signups

Remove someone from the raid if needed.

Change Status

Override a member's status (e.g., confirm a tentative).

Promote from Waitlist

Move waitlisted members to confirmed spots.

Attendance Tracking

After the raid, track who actually showed up:

  1. Go to the completed raid
  2. Mark each participant as Attended, No-Show, or Late
  3. Optionally add notes about individual performance

Attendance records help you identify reliable members and those who frequently miss raids.

Attendance Statistics

View member attendance history over time:

Player195% attendance (19/20 raids)
Player280% attendance (16/20 raids)
Player360% attendance (12/20 raids)

This data is visible to squad admins and helps with roster decisions.

Signup Deadlines

Optionally set a signup deadline before the raid:

  • Members can only sign up before the deadline
  • Helps you plan roster before raid day
  • Common setting: 24 hours before raid start

Tip

Even after the deadline, admins can manually add members if needed.
